Delicious and super nutritious, made with a big hemp heart full of love!
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup cooked chickpeas
- 1/2 cup hulled hemp seeds
- 2 large garlic cloves
- 2 organic lemons, juiced
- 1/4 teaspoon organic lemon rind
- 6 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons hemp oil
- 4 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Crush garlic.
Step 2
Juice lemon (make sure it is organic, unwaxed and give it a wash first).
Step 3
Finely grate lemon rind.
Step 4
Blend all ingredients together until creamy smooth with hand-blender/jug blender or food processor.
Step 4
Enjoy with friends — or eat it all by your own self.
