  • 1 cup vanilla soymilk
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon hempseed oil
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • grated zest of 1/2 fresh lemon (1 to 1-1/2 teaspoons)
