Ingredients
- 1 cup dates, pitted
- 1/4 cup raw almonds
- 1/4 cup raw cashews
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- zest of one organic lime
- 1/4 cup hemp hearts or crushed cashews
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Combine first five ingredients in food processor.
Step 2
Using coconut oil or water on your hands, remove mixture from blender and roll into balls.
Step 3
Roll balls in crushed hemp hearts or crushed cashews, coating them. Press them down into cookies or leave them as balls.
Step 4
Serve. Enjoy!
