Use on top of salads, sandwiches, spaghetti squash, steamed vegetables, cold vegetables and grain bowls. It’s so yummy!

  • 4 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger (or 1 tablespoon of fresh minced ginger )
  • 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon organic miso (mellow white or chickpea or — tahini)

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Add all ingredients in a small blender carafe and blend for 1-2 minutes until creamy. Alternatively, you can also use an immersion blender.

Step 2

Pour over everything — but your oatmeal! tongue-out
