A delicious antioxidant rich smoothie with blueberries and hemp seeds.
Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla soymilk
- 1/2 cup plain lowfat yogurt
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1-1/2 cups blueberries, frozen
- 1 banana, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup ice cubes
Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Combine soymilk, yogurt, almond butter and hemp in a blender.
Step 2
Add frozen fruit (break banana into chunks) and ice cubes.
Step 3
Pulse until thick and smooth.
Step 4
For a thicker smoothie, add more ice cubes.
