I like to make these for the Holidays, but to be honest, they are good for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons of soft butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Rice Krispies
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup hemp hearts
  • 1 package chocolate chips
  • 1 square of semi-sweet chocolate

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix the ingredients of the balls together and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Form balls and refrigerate for another hour.

Step 3

In a double boiler, melt the chocolate chips with the semi-sweet chocolate.

Step 4

Drop the balls into the melted chocolate one at a time to coat. Use a fork to make it easier.

Step 5

Arrange the balls on parchment paper. Sprinkle hemp hearts over the top, if desired. Freeze to set.
