- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup (handful) frozen blueberries
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons hemp hearts
- 1 teaspoon maca powder
- 1 teaspoon tahini
- 3/4 cup water or plant-based milk
