Jalapeno & Goat Cheese with Hempseed
No party is complete without a cheese dip!

The Jalapeno relish in this dish is a treat in itself! Mix with the cheese to tame it down a bit.
The Jalapeno Relish
- 3 lbs fresh Jalapenos
- 2 cups Sugar
- 2 cups White Vinigar
- 1/2 Cup of white Goat Cheese
- 2 tbs Jalapeno Relish
- 1/8th cup Hemperor Hemp Hearts
- Drizzle of Hemperor Hemp Seed Oil
Step by Step Instructions
Finely chop Jalapenos. A food processor will work, but chopping the Jalapeno leaves a little crunch.
Place chopped Jalapeno in a pot with the sugar and vinegar.
Bring to a boil and let simmer until reduced and most liquid is gone.
Spoon into jars and seal.
Melt Goat Cheese in a bowl.
Sprinkle Hemperor Hemp Hearts on top and drizzle with Hemperor Hemp Seed Oil.
Stir in Jalapeno relish to taste.
Serve on crackers.
