The Jalapeno relish in this dish is a treat in itself! Mix with the cheese to tame it down a bit.

The Jalapeno Relish

  • 3 lbs fresh Jalapenos
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 2 cups White Vinigar

The Dip

  • 1/2 Cup of white Goat Cheese
  • 2 tbs Jalapeno Relish
  • 1/8th cup Hemperor Hemp Hearts
  • Drizzle of Hemperor Hemp Seed Oil

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Finely chop Jalapenos. A food processor will work, but chopping the Jalapeno leaves a little crunch.

Step 2

Place chopped Jalapeno in a pot with the sugar and vinegar. 

Step 3

Bring to a boil and let simmer until reduced and most liquid is gone.

Step 4

Spoon into jars and seal. 

Step 5

Melt Goat Cheese in a bowl.

Step 7

Sprinkle Hemperor Hemp Hearts on top and drizzle with Hemperor Hemp Seed Oil.

Step 6

Stir in Jalapeno relish to taste.

Step 4

Serve on crackers.
