Ingredients
- 3 cups brussels sprouts, halved lengthwise
- 6 pieces bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 Tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 Tablespoon salted butter, melted
- 1 Tablespoon hemp seed oil
- 2 Tablespoons hemp hearts
- Sea salt to taste

Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°.
Step 2
Place halved brussels sprouts in a medium mixing bowl.
Step 3
In a separate small bowl, combine maple syrup, melted butter and hemp seed oil.
Step 4
Drizzle over brussels sprouts and toss until evenly coated.
Step 5
Spread brussels sprouts in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
Step 6
Roast at 400° for 15-20 minutes, until tender-crisp.
Step 7
Toss brussels sprouts with cooked, crumbled bacon and sprinkle with hemp hearts and sea salt.
