Melissa is the Chief Operating Officer of West Town Bank & Trust and has been with the Bank for over a decade. In addition to overseeing all aspects of Operations, she’s responsible for helping the Bank build a program uniquely tailored to the challenges of hemp-related businesses.
Melissa and her team of Commercial Account Service specialists are dedicated to designing cash management solutions for the Bank’s business customers. Through the Bank’s partnership with RiskScout, Melissa and her team help to provide a first-class onboarding and client experience that reduces the time to open an account from weeks to a matter of hours.
