This healthy peanut butter milkshake is gluten-free and vegan, and is arguably the tastiest milkshake you could ever eat!

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 3 frozen bananas (make sure they are ripe!)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk, or more as needed
  • dash of cinnamon
  • dash of maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
  • toppings, as desired

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Add bananas to a food processor and process until broken up into little pieces. Add peanut butter and process again.

Step 2

As mixture starts to come together, add the milk a splash at a time, allowing mixture to get more smooth between each addition..

Step 3

Once the mixture is totally smooth, add a dash of cinnamon and process for another 10 to 15 seconds.

Step 4

Taste and add a dash of maple syrup if needed (only if your bananas aren’t totally ripe).

Step 5

Transfer milkshakes into two jars.

Step 6

Top with peanut butter and a little quinoa.

Step 7

Stir gently with a knife so you get that swirling effect.

Notes

Sprinkle hemp hearts on top. Add other toppings and/or fruit as desired. Enjoy!
