Evergreen Consulting Group, on behalf of DTE, launched an energy efficiency offering specific to indoor grow houses across the DTE service territory in Michigan.
This pilot program provides rebates to growers for the installation of high efficiency LED bulbs. In 2021 we are offering rebates three times higher than what has previously been available to growers.

A letter accompanying the Processor Handler renewals lays out new rules and concerns.
Section 781 changes everything. In 365 days, “hemp” shifts to a Total THC standard, finished products face a hard cap of 0.4 mg per container, and non‑naturally occurring or synthesized‑outside‑the‑plant cannabinoids are out. FDA will post critical cannabinoid lists within 90 days.
Legislation is needed to move the Industrial Hemp Program to the USDA. We have a small window to accomplish this to save farmers the grower fees for next season.
