Section 781 of the US Appropriations Bill
Section 781 changes everything. In 365 days, “hemp” shifts to a Total THC standard, finished products face a hard cap of 0.4 mg per container, and non‑naturally occurring or synthesized‑outside‑the‑plant cannabinoids are out. FDA will post critical cannabinoid lists within 90 days.
